Return Policy
Product Returns
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all purchases from Medical Aesthetics GmbH. However, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary.
Please review our return policy below:
- Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
Service Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for services after they have been rendered.
- If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss your concerns.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team at [contact email/phone] within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Securely package the item in its original packaging.
4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the item to our return address (provided upon RMA issuance).
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Medical Aesthetics GmbH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
