Application
Chia seeds swell up in liquid like a pudding. The best way to do this is to let the chia seeds swell in liquid for at least 30 minutes and mix them with a spoon from time to time. The pudding can then be stored in the fridge and mixed into muesli, smoothies or simply eaten as is, depending on your taste. Make sure you drink enough liquid. For baking: replace about 10% of the flour with chia seeds or use as a thickener in sauces and creams (1 tablespoon chia seeds = 1 egg).
Daily dose
15 g (1 tablespoon) The daily intake of 15 g must not be exceeded.
